Influxis offers a full money back guarantee for our Cloud $95 plan only within the first 10 days of purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with Influxis’ services, cancel your plan and contact us to request a complete refund if within the first 10 days.

All refund requests must be sent to us by email within the first 10 days. The 10-day period begins and includes the initial day which the account was activated. The 10-day period is defined as 10 (ten) calendar days and includes weekends and holidays.

There are no hidden fees or set up fees.

This Money Back Guarantee offer applies to new and returning customers who are renewing their account.

Beyond 10 days, the Money Back Guarantee is completely void and account holder will be responsible for at least one month’s entire amount.

In addition, refund will be void if:

  • Bandwidth transfer exceeds 15 GB.


 Additional Notes:

  • Each customer can only use the Money Back Guarantee once, and for only one account.
  • The Money Back Guarantee does not apply to reseller accounts, dedicated servers, or any fees associated with these accounts.
  • Normal fees apply to accounts which exceed plan bandwidth usage and will be required to pay any additional bandwidth accrued, or account can upgraded to a more robust account at any time.
  • No refund for any unused bandwidth. Normal service agreement applies.
  • Refunds will be credited to the account holder’s credit card on file within 1-2 business days, or a check will be mailed out within 10-14 business days from the day a request is received.
  • Influxis’ Money Back Guarantee does not cover acts of War, acts of terrorism, floodings, fire, vandalism or any acts of God.
